Can this make or imitate the really flaky asian/Taiwanese style shaved ice? Like bingsu? I suppose you can freeze the ice really a lot and get an approximation?

I work as a chef in the Netherlands. Here freezers are required to be a minimum of 18 degrees celsius so most people shoot for 19 or 20. Maybe that would work slightly better? Also booze doesn't freeze well

If I were going to buy that I'd be using it to blend a lot of other things too. It was weird watching them need to mix/blend things before freezing and not using the machine to do it.

OK guys I have one headache for 6 to 8 months a lot of the rest and online and a lot of them. I don’t like the aftertaste but I found I put that little bottle of strawberry milk or chocolate milk or plain milk and then add a flavor to it. mix it up twice, it comes out perfect and it’s held in an old ladies weight loss

I have a Domo ice cream maker. (It’s like the Breville but less expensive.) It has a built-in compressor, pre-chill setting, automatic timer, removable mixing bowl. I don’t have to diddle around freezing the mix beforehand. It makes what I want when I want it.

It looks great. One thing I'm surprised that it doesn't seem to say anything about is shaved ice. I imagine it could make an amazing bingsu if you put water in the container and freeze it.

Add a dash of water, milk, or a cream to make the crumble go away. Do NOT only re-spin. Won't do much.

Vegan isthe ay foreward. I just watched another video of a vegan that died of starvation.. It was fun until that moment. Time you guys look into the nutrients and anti nutrients in plants versus meat. At the very least.. dont say veganism is good.. it is not.. we are not herbivores.

If the mixture is too cold, you can add a splash of syrup or of cream/milk (depending on the recipe) and do the respin. That prevents that ugly chalky result

Who needs an ice cream maker? Just use a kitchenaid stand mixer, and dry ice or liquid nitrogen. It freezes the ice cream so fast you get tiny ice crystals and a very smooth creamy taste. No need to buy something to mechanically cut your frozen solid block.
