Snickerdoodles are a cookie kind of thing? They are my favorite cookie kind of thing,
if done right! To me they have to have cream of Tartar to have the right flavor as well as the cinnamon and sugar coating.

Help! I made this for christmas, and the ice cream itself was good, but the taste ended up being a bit wooly in your mouth (as in, it left an odd film coating the inside of your mouth). Did I put too much condensed milk in?
