No. As soon as you added flour it ceased to be a low carb dish. Beans as a side is also not low carb. It really bugs me when you claim false information to be true.

That is a good meal but not particularly balanced. Protein, protein, protein and one veg. A slice of good crusty bread or some rice would have balanced it out better.

Boys, I love you. I can't stop binge watching your videos. If you still check old comments… Can you please jump onboard the cauliflower train again and try some cauliflower chicken alternatives for us vegos? Also, I'd love to see you give cooking with Vegemite a crack! Aussies don't really have a signature cuisine, but I think Ben would find cooking with Vegemite really great. Not that dissimilar to Guinness really!

I wanted to let you guys know that I tried this recipe and it turned out amazing. I ended up using Italian sausage and added oregano and thyme with an Italian cheese blend. It's the first time I cooked something with a roux base and I was inspired by your channel.
