We had high hopes going into Cape Town on our trip with @visitsouthafricauk – Table Mountain, the waterfront, the vineyards… But even those high expectations were completely blown out the water. From the people and the scenery, to the food and drinks, it was absolutely mindblowing… And we can’t wait to go back!

Watching this now, and there's no steak and monkfish kebab recipe video, the Ask Mike Anything video (and that entire segment) no longer exists on the sortedfood website, and the boys are now willingly putting themselves into an ice bath for a challenge during a live show in December. My advice to them is at 05:13 . Couldn't agree more Jamie!

I just realized the "i obviously dont have enough pokemon knowledge to know if that was offensive". Didnt he literally name his daughter Eevee, if im not mistaken? I think Bulbasaur is also in her name as well. Man names his daughter after a pokemon and knows nothing about the game somehow. 😂

I'm absolutely loving the lovely twist on crostini, such determination from Ben despite the weather and to have an alternative to the rhubarb, excellent. Kudos for Jamie for sitting through the whole take freezing with cold.
