Personally I like to deconstruct my Jaffa cake

"I want to know exactly how you eat the Jaffa Cakes," well I do deconstruct mine, but it's to save the jelly part (the best part) until last. That is, until I went vegan… When I tried to look up a vegan Jaffa Cake recipe, you guys and this video popped up. Disappointed it's not vegan, I wonder if it's possible to 'veganise' this?

Who thinks that citrus and chocolate tastes good together? Unless the orange flavor is very subtle, I can't image these tasting good

I don't fully deconstruct my jaffas but I do start by nibbling all around the edge (the bit where the jelly doesn't reach so it's just sponge and chocolate). That leaves the perfect mouthful of sponge chocolate and maximum jelly to be devoured in one!
