Uncle Roger statement that Jamie's looks like something hipsters would eat in Brooklyn seems very spot on, and I also wanna try it. His might not have been executed perfectly but I could see it being developed in something great. Kush's dish is probably pretty good too but it seems like something I could get at any restaurant even though it's not. While watching the video though the one I most wanted to eat like as just something id order off a menu was Kush's the 1 I most wanted to experience was Jamie's

I'd imagine seeing Jamie put a chopstick straight down into rice was mortifying for any Japanese watching lol. Putting chopsticks straight down into rice is something usually reserved for funerals.
