The EASIEST BOBA RECIPE you will ever try🧋✨ #shorts #boba #recipe #bubbletea #easyrecipe #homecafe
I’ve tried/made so many boba recipes and this one is by far the easiest & beginner-friendly! I hope it’s helpful, let me know if you try it out 💕
✨ RECIPE ✨
1. Melt a melona ice cream bar naturally, do not heat it to melt. Yes, you can use other ice cream (~75ml or 1/3 cup).
2. After it’s completely melted, mix in 1 tbsp tapioca starch/tapioca flour (they are the same thing) and food coloring (optional).
3. Microwave for 1 min and let cool for 1-2 min.
4. Gradually mix in/knead tapioca starch until it forms a dough that is not sticky to the touch. I usually use around 1 cup, but adjust accordingly.
5. Shape into boba balls (or shape of choice) coat in a little bit of tapioca starch to prevent them from sticking to each other.
6. Boil for 20 minutes, strain, rinse in warm water, and soak in sweetener of choice (I usually just use normal sugar).
7. Enjoy in your drink of choice! I like to have a cup of milk + ice + melona bar of the same flavor so it melts into the milk and matches the flavor profile of the boba 🙂
