    I made cottage cheese and sour cream when we lived in South Korea. It was fun. I would likevthe cheese maker kit.

    I LOVE offal and I really wanna love haggis but I just can't get with the crumbly texture, see I think it's cos I'm also expecting it to be like black pudding in texture ect. Offal isn't eaten enough I don't think X be good to actually see some good an tasty recipes to change people's minds or get them to eat offal more! X

    the kits were neat and all, but seeing that massive open mouth smile from James on guessing the price dead on was the best part of the vid

    I actually like one version of tinned haggis I got in a food parcel once – very tasty, well-seasoned, and SO filling. It was delicious and I will be on the lookout for it can't think of the brand at the moment, I just know what the tin looks like).

    I'm back after 18 months and I have to say, I really want to try proper Haggis, just can't find it in Texas. That said, there is a store not far from me, The British Emporium, and I'm told they can "order anything" so I think I'll call them to find out and if they can, I'll get it and try it.

    For anyone who hasn't, I'd also say try Rocky Mountain Oysters/Calf Fries, I won't go further, as for most people, it's like Haggis, if you know what it truly is, it might turn you off. Just try them and don't worry about it.

    When it comes to the cheese, it might have been the milk they used. Normally you Wana use raw milk or unpasteurized milk. If you use any regular milk it won't work as well or not at all

    So I just rewatched this and a question dawned on me… James said they may not have needed the extra water for the haggis… did they factor in the amount of whiskey when they measured the water

    I want to see you guys try Cajun Boudin we have smoked and regular. I prefer the regular. Yes I am from Louisiana USA and this is one of my favorite food items. I like to uncase Boudin and use it as stuffing for a chicken or turkey. We have a premium and cheap version. I prefer the cheap version.

    This is not ment to be rude, this is just curiosity. Why dose James not have a Scottish accent if he's Scottish? Maybe he was born in Scotland with Scottish parents, but they lived all over England while he was growing up. I am just so curious!
