Makes me mad. How are bone broths 'back on trend'? Every culture that has cooked meat and tried to get the most out of it has made some kind of bone broth. Get nice bone-in meat from your favourite butcher, roast it, save the bones, and make a stock. You get a lovely supper, sandwiches the next day, and bones to boil for a stock. Or ask for just bones to simmer with veg. Why pay for one expensive jar? Or go to your local Vietnamese or Ramen noodle place if you have one nearby and they will most often have huge vats of great expertly made broth simmered by the chefs for hours to indulge in with noodles and fresh herbs. It does take hours to make, which those restaurants do – but that jar looks suspicious for some reason. To me bone broth is full of collagen etc that makes it cloudy, not clear. $21, no way. Cost aside, you can quickly prepare a few things to be on the stove, walk away, and have a vat of delicious healthy broth to use later for all sorts of things, and plus the house will smell great. That one, not Sorted.

You guys could have spent like a dozen episodes testing weird "health" did trends here in the US. There seems to be an endless array of crap that makes one or ten different outrageous claims. It's maddening and I refuse to buy into any of it unless it's been proven independently. If people believe the packaging and advertising it's their own fault

Mike's speech was epic in the end!

The thing I would use is the pasta as I have got a gluten intolerance.

  8. @372monkey

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

Who'd have know what the would would be March 30th 2021?!

  9. @od1401

That fig sausage looks an actual deuce after eating a bunch of sweetcorn for dinner the day before

  10. @calummcgee4122

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

Writing in from the 19th Feb 2021. It was not long enough.

  11. @GrumpyTy34er

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

Figs technically aren't vegan. You didn't say it was, but worth mentioning

  12. @RainyDays93

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

That Salami has no gone out of date. A while ago 😂

  13. @Efreeti

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

If you take any medications, BE VERY WARY of eating food with activated charcoal! It will prevent your body from absorbing any medication you take and need!

  14. @jonahlossiah4513

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

What we didn’t know is that salami didn’t have an expiration date for itself, but for the world.

  15. @11samaran

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

Why is James always an ass to Ben and drools over Barry, his naughty boy toy?

  16. @marcuswhitfield3608

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

    Shut up Jamie

It's cool of Sorted to do US food trends! Thank you!

  19. @savagecatgt

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

Interesting fact: figs are not vegetarian. Wasps lay eggs in figs and the fig eats the laying wasp and eggs.

  20. @ZuchtbulleXXX

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

With number one, why does “Victorian beef tea” (g..gle it!) come to my mind? So, not really innovative…

  21. @CharlotteKandy

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

That salami is no good now

  22. @CricketRainripple

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

I like how Mike is fine with the Gluten free superfood pasta, but the plant-based fig salami he thought was dumb. Some people are allergic to meat products buddy.

  23. @cynicalcitizen8315

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

    Expired now.

  24. @Stressycuppa

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

That moment when the date Mike says is now in the past

  25. @DerpyPannycake

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

30th march 2021 long time away and im here 28th may 2021 Yikes

  26. @JanPospisilArt

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

That figlami would be expired by now.

  27. @CHUPII_

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

Hey that sausage finally expired lol

  28. @SheepdogSmokey

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

  29. @orenfackrell6964

Who else is watching after that fig salami has expired?

  30. @evanhadkins5532

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

Those of us with type 2 diabetes are looking for pasta substitutes. Thanks.

  31. @13moni13

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

May 1st 2021: that fig sausage has expired

  32. @bjacobs1988

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

The fig sausage went off 3 weeks ago, that's weird!

  33. @jukete4367

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am

Is this recommended to me because I'm watching it in April 2021 and the salami would have expired by now?… Probably not

    December 21, 2023 at 5:56 am
