Cookie Recipe Hack – SORTED
We’re concerned about giving you this one… it’s the crown jewels of cookie recipes! Once you have this one, you may never need a cookie recipe again.
It’s based around a very simple ratio – 1:2:3. 1 part sugar : 2 parts fat : 3 parts flour (then by all means add in a few flavours that you like that don’t effect those ingredients)

May I ask why are the eggs omitted? I questioned some chefs too and they said it is for the emulsion to hold the cookies structure. What can you say?

I know that this is an old video, but Mike will be interested in this comment : You can substitute butter in any recipe for a nut butter – e.g. peanut butter. So, just make the cookies with any flavours you like, but substitute half or all of the butter for peanut butter! Should work! 🙂

This hack is amazing. It works amazingly for chocolate chip cookies too.
And if you don't have white chocolate and cherries, you could use dark chocolate and blueberries instead. That tastes like heaven

Ben says, that if your flovouring is dry, you can add in an egg. But what if the flavours are wet, like fresh grated ginger, what can be added to fix the ratio?
