How to Make Hamburg Steak (Recipe) | Cooking with Dog
Hamburg Steak is popular among whole generations in Japan. The perfectly cooked hamburg steak is especially juicy and tasty!
How to Make Hamburg Steak
(serves 2)
– Fried Onion –
1 Onion (200g/7.05 oz) – 2/3 for hamburg meat mixture, 1/3 for onion sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil
150g Broccoli (5.29 oz)
1 Steamed Potato (160g/5.64 oz)
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 Tomato
250g Mixture of Ground Beef and Pork (8.82 oz) – beef : pork=7 : 3
1/3 tsp Salt
A pinch of Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2/3 Fried Onion
15g Panko – Breadcrumbs (0.53 oz)
2 tbsp Milk
1 Egg
– Onion Gravy –
1/3 Fried Onion
50ml Water (1.69 fl. oz)
1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 clove of Grated Garlic
10g Butter (0.353 oz)
Grated Daikon Radish
Shiso Leaves
Ponzu – Japanese Citrus-Based Sauce
* We added 100 ml of water and cover the pan to cook the meat.
** Removing the air from the meat mixture will prevent it from breaking into pieces while being cooked.

※ハンバーグには2/3量使用
パン粉：15g
牛乳：大2
卵：小1個
ブロッコリー：小1個（150ｇ）
蒸した皮付きじゃが芋：中1個（160ｇ）

トマト：1個
大根おろし
大葉
ポン酢（市販）
◎玉ねぎソース
炒め玉ねぎ：1/3量
水：50ml
しょう油：大1＋1/2
みりん：大1
おろしにんにく：1かけ分
