According to our 2021 Home Trends Report 11% of homeowners plan to make their home more energy efficient, sustainable, and eco-friendly in 2021, compared to the 9% who made improvements last year. Recycling more, eating less meat, and implementing energy-efficient home upgrades will cut down your carbon footprint and make your home more environmental-friendly.
In 2020, uPVC windows and doors, roof insulation, and solar panel installation were amongst the top 15 eco jobs posted on Rated People. Energy-efficient home improvements such as these ones allow homeowners to achieve sustainable housing and increase overall home value.
