‘How my foot became anti-vaccine propaganda’ – BBC News

Published

on

As people begin receiving Covid vaccines in the UK, parts of social media are alive with conspiracy theories.

Patricia’s foot was used as anti-vaccine propaganda after false claims she was injured in the Pfizer/BioNTech trials.

Patricia never received the actual vaccine. Medical records show that she received a placebo. This is her story.

I hope the people with common sense see this for what it is and for once don’t bring “satanist” terminology or insults into this. Because that is what religion is used for. To control the population and dumb people down.

since the first ever vaccine, there have always been those who opposed it, nothing new.

And here we are two years later and thectruth is all coming out. And the BBC need to apologise to people they called conspiracy theorists. Not saying the micro chil nonsense was real but many other things said back then are being recognised as true. BBC are still up to their biased one sided narrative.

Wrong!… it isn't merely a 'conspiracy theory', but more like a set of facts the likes of which the BBC are trying to either dismiss as such, or more like cover up. Binned my license 2 yrs ago to 'escape' all this blasted nonsense & 'conspired' twisted broadcasting propaganda, funded by the Gates foundation in support of the BBC agenda.

    … BBC REALITY CHECK…

The problem of course is that unqualified people, Facebook and journalists are also fact checking the experts.

Facebook censored a peer reviewed report from the British Medical Journal!

You, the BBC ran a 'reality check' article criticising a doctor that itself contained falsehoods! Shame on you.

    https://youtube.com/c/Campbellteaching

You should be listening to medical professionals like this and not misquoting them in shoddy 'Reality Check' articles.

Are journalists the new arbiters of truth now! Should we listen to media hacks or social media giants over peer reviewed reports, created by experts in their field…? Should we only be seeing stats that have gone through the media filter first?

No, we should not. Stop pushing agendas and just REPORT facts please.

Using license fee, government grants and generous donations from stakeholders (Billy Boy Gates) to form the biggest propaganda network since WW2. BBC UK/world service and its trusted news sources in the commercial media. Basically a media cartel funded with taxpayers money. totally disgusting.

Calling someone a "conspiracy theorist" as if you are saying they are lying lol. A theory is an assumption that something sinister is plannee or taking place. If it eventually happens it is no longer a theory now is it?

Join the AI Decoded team as we examine Sam Altman’s vision for an era of artificial superintelligence. The Open AI CEO is calling for a new kind of social contract — an “AI New Deal” — arguing that unprecedented technological power will require rethinking how the benefits are shared, including ideas such as wealth redistribution and even taxes on robots.

Also in the programme, presenter Christian Fraser is joined by leading AI thinker Gary Marcus and Oxford University robotics expert Professor Sara Bernardini to explore what a future shaped by autonomous machines could mean for work, safety and society.

Plus, tech reporter Lara Lewington meets 19‑year‑old student Maeve O’Neil, whose smart ring detected a life‑threatening health issue before it was too late.

Has Trump’s feud with Pope Leo crossed a line with Catholics? | Global News Podcast

Published

on

There is continuing criticism from Catholics around the world, as US President Donald Trump’s feud with Pope Leo escalates. Trump said Pope Leo XIV was “weak”, and posted an AI-generated image of himself on Truth Social, which many people believe depicted him as Jesus.

The image, which has now been deleted, showed Trump appearing to heal a sick man in a hospital bed. He said it showed him as a doctor. The image post came hours after the president posted a lengthy message criticising the pontiff, who is a vocal critic of the US and Israeli military operation in Iran.

Italy’s prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, has said Donald Trump’s remarks are ”unacceptable”. Meloni, who is Catholic and heads a right-wing coalition government, is a close ally of Trump.

Pope Leo said that he has “no fear” of the Trump administration. There are more than 70 million Catholics in the US – many of whom are swing voters. We ask the BBC’s religion editor, Aleem Maqbool, if Donald Trump’s row with the pope has dealt lasting damage to his Catholic support.

BBC investigation finds lawyers coaching fake LGBTQ+ asylum claims | BBC News

Published

on

A shadow industry of law firms and advisers is charging thousands of pounds to help migrants pretend to be gay in order to stay in the UK, the BBC has found.

In the first part of a major undercover investigation, we reveal how migrants whose visas are due to run out are being given fake cover stories and instructed in how to obtain fabricated evidence, including supporting letters, photographs and medical reports.

They then apply for asylum claiming to be gay and in fear for their lives if they return to Pakistan or Bangladesh.

In response to our findings, the Home Office said: “Anyone found trying to exploit the system will face the full force of the law, including removal from the UK.”
