    Admittedly I may have hated your meatloaf idea for American style meatloaf but but I really like this idea for dessert I also really do love your Channel it's very informative

    Ice cream taken out of the freezer left to come at room temperature then mixed with tepid peanut butter and then re-frozen?!!! I'm really not sure about that.

    This looks delicious! I'm definitely putting it on my list. Quick question: I've never hard Arctic Roll before. Since this goes in the freezer to set the ice cream and keep it cold, is the texture of the cake hard when you slice and eat it, or would it be better to wait a few minutes before serving to let things soften up slightly?

    Just did this for New Year's Eve, but since we couldn't find any chocolate covered peanuts, we used M&M's, adds a bit more crunch and some colour! Also, a pinch of salt into that ice cream works so well

    That looks a bit like something we have here in Mayagüez, called 'brazo gitano'. Only instead of ice cream inside 'brazo gitano' is made with jelly or cream cheese even chocolate inside it's really good. Look it up if you're interested.

    I just made the cake part and filled it with dulche de leche cream. I decorated it with a thin layer of the cream and sprinkled toasted desiccated coconut. I cut the edges off before refrigerating to try it. it was delicious! The cake was perfect and went wonderfully with the cream.

    Can you eat it without freezing it? Can you just chill it in the fridge? My sisters teeth are a bit sensitive and i don't think she'll be able to eat it that cold
