Can't believe I watched this video up to 9 years ago. Was suddenly thinking about this video – the music, vibe and mood just felt nostalgic and very comforting. Guess I should make some of these after so long 🙂

I made these for my nan's birthday a few weeks ago. I added sesame seeds for added crunch and aesthetics, as well as smoked paprika for a smoky dimension.

They tasted amazing! So good, in fact, that poor old Nan ate almost the whole batch in one day and ended up with diarrhoea lol

  22. @bobmoshable

    January 13, 2024 at 6:46 pm

    January 13, 2024 at 6:46 pm

    I've always liked Olives…

  24. @divinitum1

    January 13, 2024 at 6:46 pm

Wow! You should either acidify the olives by adding vinigar or store them in the fridge. if not theres a very real chance for botulism to occur since the conditions in that jar are perfect for its development. botulinum toxine is lethal in extremely small amounts.

    January 13, 2024 at 6:46 pm

In the video you're using chilli powder, but the recipe says mustard powder… which one should i use or just what tastes better?

  29. @PlatypusGuitar

    January 13, 2024 at 6:46 pm

When all the olives are eaten, I guess you can use the oil they were in to make vinaigrette or something so as to not waste it.

  30. @lara8chroft

    January 13, 2024 at 6:46 pm

What's the shelf life on the nuts? The use of egg whites is the reason I ask, does this affect the shelf life.
