I'll have to try this although as an almond lover and fondant hater mine will be covered in the more traditional marzipan.

Will try this tomorrow. But instead of cream cheese I will use lemon curd to glue these babies together. And a good old royal icing will do as well. But thanks and yes I am so glad I found this channel, though not being the target group of subscribers!🤷🏼♀️
