I have never madtered hasselback potatoes so Jamie…nicely done. I make twice baked potatoes frequently but never put guacamole on top. Might try that. Mike, Mike, Mike really delicious looking dessert but not as a meal side.

Hasselbeck potatoes are cut, brushed with butter and then baked.. then the cheese and bacon get put into the slits and on top then baked for a second time.. then the cheese won't get over baked, and rock hard…
