Randomly found this channel on YouTube and have been binge watching ever since. Watching Kush's reaction to the "Pumpy the cow" song followed by the cow noodle extractor had me in stitches 😂😂😂 I am eternally grateful for the Sorted Food crew, I'm learning and laughing – life doesn't get better than that.

I just gave someone a loaf of bread as a gift. I like to make two half loaves in one bread pan–I can shape them like rolls, and if you live alone or don't eat bread very quickly, you can easily wrap half in freezer paper and freeze it for later.

I think most of us are watching these videos while eating, can you not highlight literal excrement flying in a food processor please lol

    All hail the mighty Pumpy!!!

Ebbers and Kush should be challenged to make these as well so that we can see the level of a "normal chef" and then you should go and eat the actuall dish at their restaurant so that we can see what a gastrochef thinge can actually do

"We all know it's a great feeling when you get rave reviews after they've eaten something that you've cooked…"

Literally one of my favourite things about cooking. I absolutely LOVE and ADORE the expression on someone's face when they try something you've made for them and it blows them away.

Mike and Jamie have to get Kush involved in a challenge and use that opportunity to embarrass him even more so than he did getting them to sing a ridiculous song about a plastic cow to extrude noodles 😂

  11. @ian3314

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

Man, the whole crew is such a joy to watch. They all work so well together. I guess friends and coworkers for years will do that. "I'm getting a head start here warming the veg."😂

I think you guys need to start looking at "the fat duck" every recipe is really nicely broken down and easy to follow. Plus the first half is the amazing story of Heston.

Uh where do I get the noodle maker?

  26. @ethancampbell215

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

Although this video lacked the chaotic energy that Barry brings and the sarcasm and education that Ebbers provides we were still treated to an amazing video and at no point were left feeling like the video was missing another member. Mike and Jamie bounce off each other so we’ll because they have such a strong friendship, Kush having a little cameo that gave the video another body who added an element to the humour and the guest appearance from pumpy the cow meant we were treated to the usual Sorted content and didn’t leave the video with the impression that it lacked anybody else because it had so much going on and the narration was so fluid and natural

  27. @micaylabirondo836

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

I'm 99.9% certain Kush arranged that carrot-of-sizeable-girth exactly in that spot just before the filming started. The fact that Jamie and Mike refuse to acknowledge the-carrot-in-the-room is causing me to stare at it! 🤣🤣

No not the shrimp poo 😭

  33. @bwaybitch863

Kush laughing bc it worked was the chaos we needed

  34. @nicholascrow8133

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

Chef Hans Neuner does an arguably simpler and more pure version of this by simply flattening the protein, sous videing it and then slicing it @ his 2 Michelin star restaurant Ocean in Portugal https://youtu.be/-TDCpfEQHNU Different techniques, different end products, but thought it was worth a share

  35. @shaunybwfc123

I have some of those little scales but don't use them in the kitchen

  36. @mfowl777

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

This is what I love about the book. It takes you on a crazy journey asking "how on Earth did a chef come up with this crazy idea?" Then you tasted and you ask "Oh shit that's good."

  37. @ibenchristiansen1701

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

10 out of 10 for pulling that one off! Now, where do I get a noodle nosed cow?

  38. @bender7167

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

Really should have made two small circles of noodles, beside each other, with the sauce smear in the middle. So you each have a pile.

  39. @BobbyKuhn1

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

    great job guys!!!

  40. @bloemundude

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

I'd love to read Chef Dufresne's instruction to "Puree the poopy shrimp, fill a piping bag with it, and squeeze it up pumpy the cow's butt." Do Michelin stars shatter when they drop precipitously?

  41. @tomknight3243

    January 8, 2024 at 3:49 pm

Jamie and Mike are holding everybody back on Sorted Food

  42. @jennyd747

Anyone else get vets in practice images when they had the blue piping bag to fill up poor pumpy? 😂😬
