Do you have a pressure cooker? We pressure parsnips, then peel, slice, flour and saute.

It all falls apart when you understand that every dish they taste is cold by the time they get to it.

Well, off to shopping I go FOR those ingredients. Sorry, buds. I'm a gonna do Ben's recipes….

I think the most interesting thing about the recipe packs Ebbers follows using the entirety of his bag of ingredients is that the dishes he makes are quite often very simple and easy to execute rather than being complex and requiring training and experience to create. The only thing he does is use ingredients in different ways that a trained chef would have the knowledge to do that a normal probably wouldn’t have but he doesn’t make Michelin star meals he just does simple things well

They should do this again and have Chef Ben cook a meal with the Normals leftover ingredients and just add a protein or some basic pantry ingredients🤔

Can we see Ben go off on the boys more often? I positively swooned

The only think Ben made that looked appealing was the nachos.

The blackcurrant with vinegar mix with meat balls really makes sense for scandies.
We often have lingonberry jam with meantballs or stews.

And that has a bit bitter and sweet taste to it that goes excellent with a lot of meat.

So he made the nachos first, were they just cold when you got to try them? Are you judging cold nachos. It's a question I frequently have watching this show.

Watching this now and hearing Ben say "Vegetables are affordable" would not be said today XD at least if we're talking fresh veg *looking at you, 3 bell pepers for 4€ *

The rice dish Ben made sounds so delicious and easy, I'm going to have to give it a shot.

I LOVE these, but can we please do it the other way around? Ben sees a bag of groceries and has to do 3 dishes with it, while the normals afterwards (with help from the food team) get to do 3 dishes?

As a chef ive only found this channel in the last month, but Ebbers is a boss in this episode.

I liked Ben's salaa was roasted. 2 of us in the household can't do raw onion so need to try that.
