    I was thinking. How would this be if you used a hard boiled egg as the “bowl,” spoon out the yolk and add the pear purée and chocolate sauce in its place.

    Guys, this is a meringue base. You add cornstarch and a little vinegar to the meringue to turn it into a pavlova base.
    Nevertheless, they look awesome. 🙂

    Was it silicon paper? Greaseproof paper will sometimes stick… should be silicon lined.
