that " wiener schnitzel" isnt a real one, its not veal. i wonder if they ever get called out on that. the place i worked at once had a " schnitzel ala wiener" and it was pork , reason why we didnt get trouble was the way it was named.

Been watching this channel for years now and I love these sort of videos but I can’t help but notice a lack of Caribbean representation. I know you did the Jerk chicken recipe years ago but I’d love to see you guys explore the Caribbean culture more and maybe one day even go to the Caribbean like you go to America. American German food is always funny. Red Cabbage might be sour to begin with but is eaten with Apples or Raspberry sirup to be made sweet. And Sauerkraut isnt actually really sour either.

I was just in visiting Austin from the east coast this past weekend and Loro is so good and relatively affordable for the quality of food, I'll have to hit some of these other spots the next time I'm there!
