I vote for Mike hands down. Jamie roasted a turkey but so do I. He used so much that came out of jars for seasonings. Barry's looked good, but it was Mike all the way.👍👍👍

We made plum sauce once when we had some good plums. I like the ginger flavor and the sour from the plums.

Barry wins for me here. All 3 looked delicious but Mike and Jamie were quite traditional. For an out of the box Christmas classic with an added zing of a twist has to be the mince pie bao.. I'd love to taste one

What garbage they dont celebrate Christmas in China
In fact they made me work Christmas day.
Chinese people really dont like western food.
Western food is hard to find in China.
China is predominantly Buddhist .
And most Chines food is rubbish it is oily and too salt or has too much sugar.

I make my own hoisin (I'm oriental). The salmon glaze was actually hoisin sauce. It only has 2 ingredients! 😂

Those sauces are super common and not a cheat at all. Professional Chinese restaurants use tons of these sauces and use them as bases for a lot of dishes. I'm talking about traditional Chinese restaurants, not American or Brit interpretations of Chinese cuisine. My mom always had an entire shelf of these growing up, and that's pretty typical for a Chinese kitchen. LKK is by far the most popular brand.

I personally use L.K.K. Soy sauce over any other soy sauce. It has, in my opinion, the best flavor and not too salty

I feel like with all the time Barry had, he could've at least made a yeast-risen dough instead of the cheat with self-raising flour. It would've been authentic to Chinese buns and tasted better!
