Since I can't have peanuts, I would use cashew or Almond butter. Also an alternative options coconut milk instead of Almond milk or a combination of Almond and coconut milk.

Instead of using ice cubes which I find water down my smoothie I use a frozen banana which gets the smoothie cold but thick

This video is just a harsh reminder that I can't make it since I have a nut allergy. That is one of the hardest things I've tried to figure out. Whenever I search for a substitute to Peanut Butter I get suggested Nutella and vice verse. Occasionally banana is recommended but I've found that the banana flavor is too overwhelming for me (case in point is coffee smoothies). Can you guys start suggesting alternatives when including allergens like nuts? Especially where it will influence the consistency of what is being made?

Will be sure to try this, it looks delicious.

How about a tablespoon of turmeric power into the yellow smoothie, similar to matcha powder in the green one.

Freezing the bananas is best so it doesn't water it down and it gives it a great texture

A tip for smoothie making; buy the discount bananas in the supermarket that are decently brown, peel, cut into chunks and freeze. This will give you the sweetest banana flavor and can even eliminate the need for ice cubes!

Why does everything smoothie-ish always contain banana 🙁
    (I don't like banana xD)
