A suggestion for a Mystery Box video… the 2 chefs VS the 3 normies. Your film crew chooses 8-10 ingredients from suggestions from your viewers and picks the rest themselves, for 13 total. 1 hour to cook, and the crew does the judging. Crew picks the worst thing they can think of (with suggestions from the viewers) which the loosing team then has to eat.

I'd do a kale, pancetta, roasted fennel, walnut, blue cheese salad with lemon honey vinaigrette, olive tapenade stuffed stuffed squid with a harissa red onion chutney sauce and a sprigamint and for dessert, chocolate dipped strawberries.

Could not help but imagine what I would have done – and I'm proud of my conclusion!
Chocolate, honey, and frangipane (almonds) tart with a sprig of mint. (4)
Pizza with walnuts, blue cheese, kale, pancetta, and fennel using the red onion chutney as sauce (sounds strange, but there's a restaurant in my town that actually does something verrrry similar and it's amazing!) Add some feta for the cheese. (6)
