    Yes! Yes! Yes! I made meringues over the weekend for the first time. They looked great! Tasted great! But with these new lil tips in making another batch of meringues tonight!! One question. There's no real difference between cartoon egg whites vs egg whites you separate yourself besides the work it takes to get them? Oh and what temp do you consider low? I baked on 200F. Is that too hot? Thanks ladies!! ❤

    Your recipe says 200C degrees but i think it should be 200F degrees. 😉

    When I added the liquid flavoring….the whites….deflated……and I whipped some more…and nothing would make them firm again…..what caused this?

    This is the first time I have made meringue kisses using this method – heating up the caster sugar is so much better however some of my kisses are cracked. Have I whisked it too much at the start? Xx
