Someone please tell Ben birds aren't mammals and therefore don't produce milk….

I once bought a salted duck egg. I really don't need that trend to spread to my country. Sorry.

But milk, even when pasturised and homogenized have a pretty low shelf life.

So It's not the best product to export over borders, even if you were in the common market.

(or they just freeze them which….well I haven't heard of frozen milk being any worse for wear after defrosted)

Rather than the limited options from Pops can we just get Ebbe’s recipes for his frozen cocktails on a stick?

We don't peel salted duck eggs though. We just cut them in half and scoop them out from the shell😊

    December 19, 2023 at 12:58 pm

You know i really liked this channel until i heard "climate" emergency. Yeah bro you guys realize that if there was a climate emergency and that the oceans were going to flood us that insurance companies wouldnt insure water front properties especially on the ocean right?

Eating meat isnt the best thing for the planet??????? When the f did animals become bad for the environment. DONT blame the animals for the factories, the processing, the mishandling of waste from factoryfarms , etc. THAT is all on humans, and out tendency to make it easy on ourselves, without considering the entire picture.
Regenerative farming DOES improve biodiversity, soil and animal products.. how is that bad for the environment???????

As a sidenote to that, in spite of all we have been told, humans are carnivores, and carnivores need meat.. we dont need plants at all, even if a lot of us like them, and most of us have health issues that can be directly linked to the plants we eat.. and not the meat.

    December 19, 2023 at 12:58 pm

You got extremely fancy with the humble salted duck eggs. Most people I know eat them with white rice. And you only need half of one per bowl.

  16. @jenniferallen2234

    December 19, 2023 at 12:58 pm

Meat shouldnt be cheap so animals live horribly. It should be an expensive product not eaten everyday (for some, every meal!). I dont eat meat anymore for all the reasons (health, environmental, moral etc) but I think that meat that is produced should be the very highest quality, and it only eaten (and savoured) a few times a week.

    December 19, 2023 at 12:58 pm

We don't need to eat less meat… the "emergancy" talk is quite ridiculous

  18. @KethenGoesHam

    December 19, 2023 at 12:58 pm

You guys can lay off the "Meat is bad for the environment" junk. The study that found that was proven false. The study was done terribly and took only very narrow pieces of the process into account. It's been disproved time and time again. Monoculture farming is FAR FAR FAR worse. You don't get soy without that.

With my allergies, eating less meat is not a option.

I just eat the salted egg mashed into my rice or congee. Yuuuuuuummmmmm
