This fry method is not healthy, not tasty, and demostrates lack of talent as a cook in any fashion…Sorry but I must disagree with the ruins of a beef steak cooked in this format..you're by the way not a very good fry cook, or chef prep ..and it shows in your other public films as well…If you want to learn to cook you need to do more reseach and then try and develop some quailty talentss..Its not hard to cook, but having a fast-con.. attitude might fool some of the people into believing you know what your doing…But truth be told , your a lot like the average cook book having folks think that backing at 325 degree/172c…is a right way to roast…laughing out loud..Have a good day sir…I was watching as you became upset at an up & coming young talented chef, as he was using his knife to pickup his chopped food meats and vegetables one day…using your knife to acrose a cutting board will not unsharpen the blade of a knife, not using a steel will..and to pickup food off a board try thr back side of a knife..you real dont know your way around a kitchen as a prep chef at all.. "the mind is as limited as your talent in a hot kitchen'…your production watch food and time…nor would another gain talent by watching you much yelling out orders in an unhealthy manor…with such a fowl mouth.. people need not allow children watch these shows , not even for entertainment….show needs a bar a soap…😁

I do not understand why they add sooooo much oil to cook a (thin) steak … Add just a dash and let meat cook in it’s own fat.

Being a meat cutter isn’t hard. The hardest part is learning what you’re cutting right. Or maybe the bone pain you feel if you don’t do it properly

I would more likely to buy meat from a high street butcher if they had the price on each item. I would be very embarrissed to find something that I liked the look of but find I can't afford it once the have weighed something. That is why I but prepacked from the supermarket

    January 7, 2024 at 7:19 am

heh His "failsafe" trick is so much bullshit. There are so many factors that make it just not work. Here's a fun little trick. Use a damn meat thermometer. That way you don't fuck up your meat and/or accidentally make someone sick.

This thing about touching different body parts to see if your steak is cooked makes no sense. Were all build different.
    I'm mid-rare all over…
