I made this and it is AMAZING. The lamb, rice and sauce are so flavorful together. He says thai chili paste but I used green curry paste, which I think is the same thing?

There’s no need to put the word “Thai “ in front of this lamb patty . Nothing about it is even close to how Thais eat meatballs . It would be less insulting if he just named it “Gordon’s lamb patties with some radon thai ingredients made up sauce “. This is why people will always back uncle Roger when it comes to “chefs” just adding the name of a country on a dish that they randomly made up .
