How is that not a pressure cooker?

I'm appalled at how much sugar people put in things that just don't need* it (obviously you don't agree).

Ben, Bruh, Mike won. He showed how well the machine worked in the best way to sell it, deceptively simple good food that would take a while to make time cut down and gave him ability to make a side, and clear down which the guys rarely do, so it really stands out. How can you say Barry missed the most basic thing and go on about youd have to adjust it if yoy eat it tomorrow for your pre shoot meal, then give it to barry. Sometimes it seems like Barry wins battles for no other reason then that he is Barry. Jaime should have won of Barry yeah, its boring but shows mastery of techniques, and shows whats likely to be made. Maybe Barrys will inspire someone to make that dish but properly though

The thing with jamies is you could do a long slow cook midweek you'd just have to do the prep the night before and set it going before you went to work

The omni cook machine might be around £1000 and therefore is most likely inaccessible to the majority of people because from personal experience I’m sure most people don’t have a spare thousand pounds lying around to spend on a kitchen gadget but this might be the best gadget the guys have ever used! I’m saying this because who would’ve ever thought that a kitchen with Michael Huttlestone wouldn’t have a Huttlestorm even brewing at any point, always working in a clean and tidy workspace and not amassing a collection of dirty pans and utensils everywhere that makes the washing up a laborious chore and only make the panic and chaos heighten during the cooking process😂! This gadget seems like an incredibly useful ‘assistant’ because of its many capabilities like chopping, stirring and frying leaving you free to clear up your workspace and wash up dirty utensils as you go or have the time and freedom to create another component of the dish like Mike did with the corn; he was able to make his corn side dish because he prepped the main dish ingredients and left it to the gadget to undertake the cooking and put him in the position where I’m convinced this is the calmest and most controlled version of Mike we’ve ever seen on camera. He was never at a point of panic because of his clean kitchen not overwhelming him as well as being able to entrust a process that would’ve usually required him to multitask to a machine and was able to solely focus on something elsewhere so this gadget definitely seems worthwhile if the disposable income is available. I’d love to see the guys review alternatives to this gadgets which are a bit more affordable because a months wages for a single item seems unthinkable to me at the current point in my life no matter how good the gadget is so maybe there are other devices on the market similar to the omni cook which perform fewer functions but are more affordable and how they compare to the omni cook?

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

Ya’ll Brits put a lot of cream or cheese in everything. You can just have a roasted corn salad, for instance. Sorry, Mike. Eeh. Love you guys though!

  19. @123fluffyg

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

Sorry but Ben is always picking Barry's meals…what a kiss ass and you're not Gordon Ramsay.

  20. @maurice7859

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

"carmelising my corn, then splash of water, lid on and also steam it" proceeds to put a lid on immediately so it steams right away lmao

  21. @philoctetes_wordsworth

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

5:43 Right. That’s it. I have seen you people make “nachos” from flour tortillas too many times to not say something. You will NEVER find flour tortillas used as chips, unless it is a very specific dish, which literally almost never happens. No self-respecting Mexican, Tejano, or Chicano would EVER DO THAT. The reason? They do not hold up when dipped into guacamole; they become soggy immediately upon adding any toppings; they have no flavor…well, very bland, fried flour tortilla flavor. STOP IT! Stop doing that! If you served that in texas at a potluck, you would be taking every bit home again. Also, is it nachos, if one has to put it together, every bite? No. Nachos are a compiled dish, with melty cheese. I see several components, all getting cold before they can be eaten. I adore Jamie, but no. Never, never ever.😶Love, from houston, texas.🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻💋💋💋🇺🇸🌸

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

That was NOT tabouleh. Listen, if you call a dish something, it should be that thing. Mike won, hands down.

  23. @corinnecorley9584

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

Guacamole does not have salsa in it.

  24. @Morgannin

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

Honestly I have no idea why Jaime decided that baking some flour tortillas was better than just buying some tortilla chips, other than the idea that "cook more = better dish." I'll bake some leftover flour tortillas to use them up now and then, but I would never go out of my way to use them over conventional corn tortilla chips for something like this.

  25. @laprimaverrra

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

I feel like Barry gets away with too much compared to Mike and Jamie.

  26. @gingerwright6337

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

You don’t use chorizo for jambalaya. Andouille always

  27. @billyblue922

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

Less Curry, more tomatillo makes a better mex dish. Highly recommend King ranch chicken although I like to add extra green chilies and the sauce from a can of Chipotles lol love the channel!

  28. @StephenButlerOne

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

The green dish looked amazing. The other two looked great too

  29. @Dream146

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

Imo Mike won, his dish was tasty, he was pretty chill even with the time limit and was able to clean up as he went. If we're talking easy mid week meals then that's the clear winner for me

  30. @priestbyname

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

    Mike was robbed.

  31. @markbolton4142

1st place mike, 2nd place Barry, 3rd place Jamie. if no spice you shouldn't win 1st place, its like making a marinara sauce with canned tomatoes and forgetting the spices.

  32. @jjbooster4764

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

    Mike should have won

  33. @useyournoodle100

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

I love these guys but I just don't see any need for this machine. why would you want your food ground up like baby food? Most of the work in cooking is chopping and food prep anyway, it is not what is going on in the pot. I can make a great meal with just a few pots, a knife, and wooden spoon, save your money.

  34. @mevoydecasa

    December 17, 2023 at 8:11 pm

I am decluttering my kitchen to show off this beauty in all it's glory on my worktop!. Great show and tasty dishes!.

No huttlestorm should usually mean a mike win!

Why don't they hard shake the tin of smoked paprika before they open? Lumpy pour so many times.
