My absolute pride and joy in the kitchen are my two Japanese hand forged knives I purchased from my trip to the country in 2019. One I got from Tower Knives in Osaka and another from the famous Kyoto knifemaker Aritsugu. Spent a heck of a lot more than 90 pounds on them but absolutely no regrets. Till this day they are still the sharpest knives I have ever handled.
