If you're not going to fix this video, you should just take it down. This content is unwatchable this way, and thus gets a thumbs down; sorry lads. If you ever fix this video, reply to my comment and I'll fix the rating again.

My absolute pride and joy in the kitchen are my two Japanese hand forged knives I purchased from my trip to the country in 2019. One I got from Tower Knives in Osaka and another from the famous Kyoto knifemaker Aritsugu. Spent a heck of a lot more than 90 pounds on them but absolutely no regrets. Till this day they are still the sharpest knives I have ever handled.

I hate those peelers with horizontal blades… I`ve got one from my mum with a vertical blade – sooooo much better! (And she got it from her mother – so about 40y and still working very well?)
