… The recipe is gone. The link says “not found.” As someone who wants to come back to these videos to make the food and not just use this as entertainment. It’s disappointing.

If u wanted to add colour to the filling to be more yellowish, take 4 oranges and rub peel into your filling and the colour will be yellow ! There is no need to add orange peel into pastry…

For anyone following the recipe from the website, the filling can fill 3-4 pies. Halve of what they say will be plenty regarding the filling.

I used this recipe for mini lemon tarts. I had 10, 9cm and used about half the pastry (I was weighing them instead of cutting because it was too loose to roll) at about 25g per mold. For the filling, I made 1/3rd from the recipe and it was so exactly 5 table spoons per mold and all were full. It came out perfect 👌

How much are 6 lemons in ml ? Please someone

A very wasteful recipe. Following the measurements and pastry cake tin gives you enough filling for two pastry cases.

This is the first sorted video recipe I've tried and the linked instructions are complete bollocks. 24cm tin specified fits half the volume of pastry and filling made with those quantities. You wouldn't get this shit on food wishes that's for sure.

That pastry is way too thick

  13. @susiefoureyes6256

Shouldn’t you have pricked the pastry bottom first

  14. @darknightes14

    January 15, 2024 at 12:25 am

is kind of egg tarts but use fruit juice , but the question is if the filling is runny , do I need to use thickener before I pour in to the tart ? because I think the filling will wet the short crush

This tart is the meaning of lemony heavenly deliciousness and I love it, made it all by myself and I'm 15 so anyone can do it

I love how at 4:20, Ben screws up his nose as he feels the tartness of the lemon, saying, "Lemon Tart: tart, but sweet", like he's trying to convince both us AND himself! Hahaha! The SORTED Quartet are the cutest ever!
