I think I have lost my mind! I used to absolutely hate Gordon! I thought he was just a screaming meanie, but now I am TOTALLY addicted! Just love him! I have been binge watching- love to see him with his children so adorable and love to see how he gets so excited about the food with his hands! I am a total convert. Thank you Chef!
Oh and if you use less water with your pasta you get a richer starch on the water. You can use it to thicken your sauces – just saying 😉
