For the fall 2006 collection, Vivienne Westwood revisited key elements of her design vocabulary through layering and historical references.

The lineup featured tartans, corseted tops, bustiers, toga-style draping, and pannier-inspired skirts, combining structured and deconstructed elements. Silhouettes were often layered and asymmetrical, contributing to a deliberately undone appearance.

Styling emphasized textural contrast and irregular construction, including cardigans worn backward, bustled skirts with unfinished hems, and slouchy suede footwear. Tailoring appeared in plaid jackets and coats with pronounced shoulder shapes.

Eveningwear included more experimental pieces such as hologram-finish gowns and harem-style silhouettes, adding a futuristic dimension to the collection.
