Ukraine frontline: Bakhmut – a city under relentless Russian attack – BBC News
Heavy fighting is continuing in Ukraine’s eastern Donbas region which Russian forces have been trying to take for months, but where Ukrainian troops have made recent gains.
President Putin’s stated aim is to gain full Russian control of the Donbas region.
The city of Bakhmut is on the frontline of the fighting and under relentless Russian shelling.

A flight chartered by the UK government to bring back some of the Britons stranded in the Middle East did not depart on Wednesday as planned.
Problems with getting passengers on board meant the plane, which had been due to leave Oman’s capital Muscat, stayed grounded, according to Home Office minister Alex Norris.
He told the BBC he did not know what time the flight would now leave on Thursday after its delay.
Thousands of British nationals remain stuck in the Middle East since the US-Israeli strikes on Iran on Saturday and retaliatory strikes by Iran across the Middle East.

I live in Poland, next to Ukraine. I remeber when the war started in February. We were watching this in TV. I was terrified, petrified only watching this. So imagine how much i would be scared being in Ukraine, how much scared are those people.
