    I love chilly and used it all the time in my younger years however as I have got older my reflux doesn’t like it unfortunately , how can I get around this because I love tasty food. Any advice would be welcomed.

    Can someone tell me if he ever preheats the oven whenever he says to use it? I’m not a cook or anything so I don’t know if he doesn’t mention it because it goes without saying or if not every recipe needs a pre heated oven

    I think Gordon sometimes forgets he's not cooking (here) in a professional kitchen ….. If I served my partner those lovely meatballs in a bowl with sauce, he'd ask where the rest of the meal was! Wish Gordon would serve it out how actual people would eat it (ie with mash, pasta perhaps, rice, salad?).

    THANK YOU Gordon for this amazing recipe. My whole family loved the Fiery Meatball Soup, even though I'm a beginner in cooking. I followed the recipe, gauged at how much each ingredients to put in, and it was quite fun to make. You've become the only source I go to when I want to find something to cook.
