I just made the mousse to test it. I don't quite understand this sorcery, but damn. I used silken tofu instead of coconut cream and maple syrup instead of golden syrup.
This is fantastic and I now have a nice whipped cream replacement for when I try making rigo jansci.

I really don't want to be hating but why do you call it japanese grilled avocado when its not japanese? sure, it has some ingredients used in japanese dishes. but calling it japanese is saying that recipe is japanese.. when its not. it could be 'japanese-style'? – it annoys me that some people are going to take home this recipe and share it saying its a japanese dish. I live in Australia.. and it bugs me when anything with bacon/egg/beetroot (not necessary all 3 in one) is put together in some kind of pizza/burger or other dish and they call it Australian – it's not. they look like delicious by the way.

Hi Sorted, i have been watching your videos for so long! Many of your name brand replica recipes have been quite successful. So i was wondering if you could attack the classic, beans on toast. I have noticed that Heinz is not afraid of sugar in their beans, so is it possible to make your own homemade baled beans, while controlling the sugars and calories? I would love to hear back, Thanks!!
PS: If you do happen to take this comment into account, it would be wonderful if you could stick to similar dietary standards, such as gluten free and vegetarian.

If you switch the chocolate for about 1/2 cup lime juice and omit the vanilla, you get lime pudding 😀
