I still remember this was the first video I watched and got hooked to cooking for this channel. To this day I use this recipe. One of the best BLT I made. And will make.

At first I thought the other guy was a nuisance and irrelevant, but the idiot kind of enhances the knowledge of the main guy. I guess the bloke in the red chequer shirt is supposed to represent the idiots of the world, whilst the main guy is the reassuring chef. Nice touch!

Hate to be THAT GUY, but if you're American, what they call "bacon" is actually Canadian bacon, or what we call "ham" sometimes. Strictly speaking, that wouldn't count as a BLT in the USA. In America, the term "bacon" means streaky bacon, and nothing else. A good amount of Americans have never even eaten Canadian bacon or knew that there was any other kind of bacon than streaky bacon.

But anyway, my favorite twist on a BLT is a BLCT … C stands for Cucumber.
