I marinade my chicken in a Knorr chicken stock cube seasoning paste with the spices.

I season my curries with Knorr chicken stock pots.

Don't call this #madebetter if you're changing the ingredients you can say #madehealthy but everyone knows original butter chicken is the best. Brits stop trying to colonize more food and fuck off already this is why people hate you

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

You should add green chillies and garlic in the coriander chutney. It just lifts it and levels it up 😅😉

  6. @sunnysatwani9506

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

Did u just put that coriander chutney on top of the butter chicken instead of the bhajis. Yuck, that’s a total mess.

I can’t watch these whites boys ruin my culture

Seeing the amount of fenugreek seeds you put in the marinade made me panic– mom always said to keep a really light hand with it because it's so unpleasantly bitter. Still going to make this recipe though! 😀

eating bhajia (bhajis) with a fork & pouring curry on tikkas ………now i've seen everythin

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

That’s a very unhealthy pinch of sugar you added in there sir

  12. @gaukaiser

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

Just a little advice….roast the cashew nuts before you add them to the sauce, it will give the sauce a deep roasty flavor

once I made a sandwich without sand

  14. @garth1967

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

You should have used Jaggery it's a better kind of sugar

I'm sorry but calories don't mean shit. Calories give you energy! It's what the calories are made of that matters! I had an eating disorder for years and I think it's super important to teach people that calories aren't the enemy-processed foods, simple carbs and sugar are. Come on Sorted.

I tried this recipe and noticed that it didn't call for any onion, so I took it upon myself to add 1/2 a small onion into the mix and it turned out great. Was really creamy and delicious.

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

i never knew at 1:47 you can peal it with a spoon! learnt something new!!

  18. @insanity666

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

Err…I could be wrong here…but isn't the side dish you made onion pakoras without the deep frying? Bhaji makes me think of like potato bhaji you know….

  19. @joymoses2700

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

they fucking ruined the butter chicken!!!!!!!

  20. @istarzgirl

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

I definitely can't wait to try this, especially the baked pakora with chutney (but I don't think that I would be able to make it better than my mom).

  21. @sanityisrelative

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

Genuine question: What type of salt do you guys use generally? Cause the actual amount of salt in a "teaspoon of salt" can vary widely depending on what type of salt is used.

  22. @AquaticAndy

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

I made this tonight and it was amazing. It tops any takeaway I could have ordered

  23. @LeRhythme

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

Vegans who don't like tofu (yes, we're a rare breed), what might you replace the chicken with? Some cubes of aubergine I guess would be pretty good? Just wondering whether this sauce would work with chickpeas and what not.

  24. @teologen

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

So why call it 'butter chicken'?

  25. @IrmaU94

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

what about oven baked samosas with a healthy filling! might not be healthy but definitely less bad

  26. @FunkyFreshFood

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

that looks fantastic – think I might have to try this recipe but swap out chicken for paneer!

  27. @alisonelliott528

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

So far most of these #spon recipes have used nuts, could you guys find any healthy versions of dishes that are nut free for those of us with allergies? <3

  28. @shantanusrivastava6131

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

now… do the entire dish the normal method… cause i don't really give two figs about health because not gonna be making it everyday anyway… and btw it's not bhaji it's onion pakoras…. it's an Indian fried snack made from gram flour…

  29. @hannahplas2495

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

You should finish the sauce with a little bit of coconut cream😍🤤

Hit like if you are desi

  31. @christophermoxon5840

Ben asked Jamie to get a bird for this recipe. Jamie tried to kill it by throwing it off a cliff

  32. @cornishpixie1235

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

Can I use plain flour instead of gram?

  33. @Steven-uq2sj

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

Could you guys do a calorie count comparing the traditional recipe with the "made better" recipe?

  34. @cheylani7814

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

Oh my god, my lactose intolerance is singing for you guys right now. I've never gotten the chance to eat butter chicken, but now I can. Thanks so much, guys!!

  35. @atlas-vista

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

    Stop making low calorie crap

  36. @jamie.t793

    January 20, 2024 at 3:07 am

    any alternative to the cashews
