The beef was my fav dish when I used to live in KL. BTW I love your food a lot I have one of your cook book – Gordon Ramsay Makes It Easy and by me I mean my dad he is a huge fan of your cooking he even talks like you at home whenever he cooks. My mom likes to food not the talk though. LOL

I dont like yr behavior sometimes but u r such a talented chef. But im confuced when hear u dont know to use rice cooker.
Normally we used to make milk rice with pot befor rice cooker came.
When using rice cooker for milk rice ,let rice to cook first then add coconut milk and salt now you cant close the lid of cooker for long time. Keep lid closed 2,3 mins then mix . try to make mongolian rice one of best

PS: no fucking way!!! Gordon made a mistake and isn’t very experienced with Malaysian food but got second🤯 oh man! This man knows his stuff!!!
