Finally, I think i found the perfect dish to prepare for my father for Christmas dinner. It's hasn't been easy because he's a vegetarian and doesn't eat meat besides fish and eggs. And if he's not interested in the dish, he doesn't eat it. Plus a lot of the other recipes I've looked at so far, I'm unable to get the ingredients needed in my area.

With videos like these I feel it wasn't Gordon in the recording. Somehow the handling of the food looks a bit 'clumsy.'
