    Good thing with these is that after the first bake you can cool then freeze the soufflé. It'll need defrosted before the second bake. I often make them up & freeze them in case I want a late, no fuss supper.

    I like to play marry, shag, delete with these guys when 3 are on screen at the same time. Over time it has changed back and forth except for the delete position which always stays the same. Here today was an example of why, hint, cutting herbs.
