    The red lentil, parsley and fennel combo = really gross lol. I like the idea of the red lentil chip but I think next time I’ll try a curry flavor profile.

    Also as a gluten free folk I wouldn't make the lentil one I woukd just buy gf wraps from my local tesco 😂

    I do feel bad for Mike and Barry because they usually make the gluten free / vegan versions that I just skip completely and I'm sure it's nice but it's just you know vegan and not as good as the real deal

    In mexico we have buñuelos, that are made with wheat flour and soaked in a caramel made with piloncillo (lumps of unrefined sugar), cinnamon orange peel, cloves and vanilla :p they taste awesome btw

    Bens chips are basically buñuelos, they are more common in the winter/ cold seasons here. Well done there.
