I have all of the ingredients in the fridge/pantry. I know what I'm having for dinner. Except I'm gonna use wild rice as it is what I prefer and always have on hand

Given all the times we're told "that tap doesn't work" I wonder about the times I've seen the guys wash their hands without leaving view of the camera…

One thing that I find hilarious is that Ben always says "paaahwk" instead of just 'pork'. My dad is English and I have never heard him enunciate 'pork' that way. Funny.

So is it tenderloin or loin? i thought medalloins are from tenderloin.

Not Korean if it doesn't have pickled veggies.

I thought that a little pink in the pork is alright now?

As an inspired geography teacher, Ben, you should check your geography knowledge. Japan, China, and Korea are East Asia. Southeast Asia is Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Phillipines, Indonesia, Timor-Leste. This looks good though. Will try it this midweek.

would love more recipes like this that can be scaled down for a single person, or up when you have people around. So many recipes have too many different elements/ingredients to bother with when you live alone!

So rewatching now, I can tell that sauce is probably amazing. Why? Because Ben balanced the seasoning triangle – Salt (soy), Sweet (honey), and Acid (vinegar, lemon)

yum rice with sesame oit; Gonna so do that.

I'm allergic to sesame, what could I use instead in the rice?

I've been Korean for 27years and I've never been cooking this way, but worth to try but seems really difficult as a Korean! It is a very simple process to make that bowl actually.

When Jamie eats delicious food his eyebrows look kind of like an 'Angry Bird's'… 7:10 hehehe

Made these for my packed lunches for the next few days and oh my goodness gracious is this pork good! Make sure you get proper gochujang. So tasty and because it's fermented it's good for your gut ecosystem too!

So excited to make this recipe! I think I'll add a dash of samjatang to the sauce since it compliments the other Korean flavors so well!

The "Gochujjang" pronunciation is way off. 고추장 is pronounced Go, as in "Go away", chu as in pikachu and Jang is just Jang, that was pronounced fine.
