Gin and Tonic Cake Recipe – Made Personal by SORTED
Ben is quite partial to G ‘n’ T… so the thought of adding it into a cake was pretty cool. Baked with tonic water and lime, drenched in gin once baked and finished with a cream cheese frosting these taste as good as they look. Served with the first cocktail Ben ever drank, it’s a match made in heaven. Oh, and a fair bit of hazing from the lads!

Hello Sorted and viewers,
I hope that you are all safe and healthy. I have to say that the G&T recipe remains one of my favorites. I have altered it a few times over the years and the final result is always the same, amazing. So, thank you. I recently attempted to make an Acai, Blueberry, and Lavender cocktail, which did not turn out as expected. Something was missing. Anywho, I would appreciate any advice you have surrounding making it better. Stay safe out there.
