Hey @SORTEDFood! First off wanted to say how much I love you guys ❤ my dad, a fantastic Indian chef, wanted to give you guys a suggestion on how to cook okra. Instead of just putting in, try frying the okra in a hot pan with little oil. It'll get rid of the thick, sticky, sliminess, and giving a more sharp taste! 🙂 Hope you see this and try it out!!

You're supposed to sauté the okra until the slimy stuff disappears. Then youre supposed to add it into the curry while the onions are cooking. The slime isnt supposed to create a sauce.

This is amazing. But I have a friend who is a Jain, that means she is a pure vegetarian( no eggs, but can drink milk) but also she can't eat vegetables from under the ground – so like potatoes, onion, garlic, carrots. It is so hard to cook for her! Do you have any idea about Jain food? if so, please do a video on this!!! many thanks 🙂

You should do more gluten free vegan dishes. My friend just found out she is gluten intolerant and she's vegan and she wants more ideas for foods

noo! never add water with okra it becomes mushy and soggy!
keep okra as dry as possible to get that nice crunch

Hahahahah she thinks it is hard cooking for her try a pku diet. I always have to ask people a million questions before I can eat something and then explain it is for medical reasons. I will have to try this though however can't have humus to much protein will have to make a low protein naan bread. Bet that would be great
