Why does chocolate orange look like chocolate covered tomatoes?

  2. @HTMLguruLady2

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Since Barry wants to do a chocolate-covered orange and you have to do a video a day until Christmas, well… there's one more video for you ;-)

Someone has never tried salty chocolate.

As someone who is watching this video while eating a Terry's chocolate orange, I have to agree that chocolate and orange is one of, if not the best chocolate flavor pairings.

    Fruit flavored cheese…no😢

    Dark chocolate fish jizz.

    How exotic!

Lakrids by Bülow is really good, and worth the price as a treat every now and then. The salty caramel one is a favourite here in our home. Also had their raspberry one, and that is really nice, with a nice sourness from the raspberry powder on the outside.

When even Barry calls something pretentious you know it’s insane 😂
I’ll be honest though.. I’m totally a Barry mixed with a bit of Ben 🙈😘😘😘

Rewatching 😂 can't wait for the new pretentious vids!! X

  12. @Becausing

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Ben not liking cheese and chile is INSANE to me. It's one of those perfect flavor and texture combinations.

  13. @TorIverWilhelmsen

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Bülow makes a ton of various liquorice variants, some seasonal, other variants available all year round. You can also get liquorice powder from them for cooking with should you feel… experimental.

I say no to all of these except possibly the cheese. I have to waxed wheels of Snowdonia cheddar and a wedge of chili pepper gouda in my fridge to go on a cheese board with fancy crackers and fruit/nuts this weekend. It is always a big hit for our annual charity tea to accompany all the sweet treats and sandwiches. Here in Canada it is a minimum of $10 CAD per "puck" up to about $14 depending where you shop and sales. I have tried the sticky toffee cheese from another brand and it's quite nice with icewine and some spicy candied nuts as a special treat but a little goes a long way. Love your shows, always entertaining and love the varied opinions.

  15. @SondreGrneng

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Imma agree with Barry on this one. opening the chocolate caviar tin was a big disappointment.

  16. @maryjoyspohrer256

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

The chocolate orange is a MUST in our house at Christmas!

  17. @Moltak111

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

everytime I watch one of these I have to wonder if they know what pretentious means, Ben thinks it means false advertising

  18. @shuyin1111

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Does anyone have a link to Barry making the chocolate coated orange slices?

  19. @FleaChristenson

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

My grandmother made the chocolate dipped orange every Christmas, but they were sugared rinds instead of slices. Not jammy. Only delicious.

  20. @shannonsmith4174

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

I THOUGHT IT WAS CHOCOLATE COATED TOMATO.

  21. @jaxsonmahan950

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

"Globjules" EPISODE FOLLOW-UP… Find Barry's primary school teacher and have that person review Barry's language skills watching this video. You wonder if that brave individual would run crying from the studio and immediately retire from teaching out of embarrassment.

  22. @od1401

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

On the spicy cheese, yes they work well together, but when combined in a dish or snack as separate ingredients. Smushing then together for the sake of it is unnecessary and you just end up with a worse version of both than if you'd taken cheese and chili and put them together on top of each other.

  23. @kurtbada8920

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

So, DID Baz ever give making those chocolate-dipped orange slices a go?

  24. @pedanticm

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

    Those cheeses were DEFINITELY pretentious.

  25. @jonhilderbrand4615

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Licorice is an ABOMINATION!!! To pair it with chocolate and caramel is absolutely insane! Why not chocolate with Lysol centers or caramels dusted with Clorox? The people at Lakrids by Bulow should be taken out and SHOT! Licorice does NOT taste good and anyone who says it is is LYING! Why, I don't know, but it's a massive conspiracy for absolutely no reason.
Just kidding, of course, though it is an abomination. 😁

  26. @TheJo4an

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Bulov licorice is awesome. There are many variants and there's something for everyone (who likes licorice). They are like.. collectible flavor-experiences.

  28. @ogrejd

@8:00 – No. Orange chocolate is disgusting and Terry is history's greatest monster.

    lets go

  30. @subductionzone

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

The chocolate covered oranges reminded me of one of my favorite homemade sundaes. Good quality vanilla ice cream with mandarin oranges and hot fudge. So good.

  31. @AlexGim125

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

honestly…. i bloody love Ben. There I said it!

  32. @NeptuneNetwork

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Ben questioning Chilli Cheese should have him demoted to Normal.

  33. @DeltaDemon1

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Chocolate and Oranges taste great, unfortunately, Terry's Chocolate Orange is NOT Chocolate and Orange. It's just a simili which does not taste anywhere near like chocolate and oranges. What you need are fresh oranges with chocolate (like in a chocolate fondu). Terry's chocolate orange is an abomination.

  34. @susanwills4723

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Rose 🌹 gold and chocolate yes please

Mexicana is one of my most beloved cheeses. It's a good cheddar with chilli. and i taste BOTH. chilli and cheddar

  37. @casey206969

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

It's not just 10.95 you also need 50p to open the tin. 11.45 with a 50p refund.

  38. @1Aye

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

I dont think pretentious is a good word for Christmas.. I think silly or jolly is better suited.

  39. @martinjames0462

    January 8, 2024 at 10:36 am

Paid £18 for the lemon version at Easter, absolutely amazing. Would do it again

What happens if you just… don’t stop sending orders?
We put chefs Ben, James and Kush into a full restaurant-style service and then kept the orders coming non-stop. No breaks. No slowdown. Just constant pressure.
With pasta, pizza and seafood flying out of the kitchen, this quickly becomes a test of skill, communication and pure endurance.
The question is… can they actually keep up?

How Many Cooks Can Spoil The Broth – BTS

Published

on

We’ve been nominated for a Webby Award (basically the Oscars of the Internet 🥹)… for this video!

So here’s a little BTS from How Many Cooks Can Spoil The Broth.

Yes… Mike and Baz really did drive around London in a Microlino.
Yes… they did look slightly ridiculous 😂

But this video is so much more than that. It’s a celebration of the London food scene, and the incredible chefs who make it what it is.

If you love what we do, your vote would mean everything! It takes 10 seconds – thank you! 💛
