Berry Mojito Crepe Recipe – SORTED
Shrove Tuesday, Pancake Day… What ever you call it, this is the recipe for you!
These thin, soft crepes are one of the most simple but satisfying things to eat. You can have them with all sorts of fillings for any meal but today we’re making awesome boozy mojito berries, although the alcohol is optional! This one comes with a fire warning too… flambé is optional too!

I've met a lot of people who know of this, but even more people who don't. If you don't have a lot of pans to make multiple pancakes at once, put the pancakes on a plate in the oven at a low temperature (~100-125 F or ~50 C). It keeps them nice and warm while the others cook.

okay, I loved Barry and Jamie being scared to shits and Ben not even blinking (I mean he's right, what did they expect when he actually SAID "we'll burn off the alcohol"? ^^)..
But Barry saying "those are sexy pancakes" does things for me that usually only Ben does with food.

I know this is odd to comment on an old video, but I was reminded of something with Barry's "lazy people using premade pancake mix" comment. They sell pre-toasted toast in the bread section of my local store. It looks awful but I giggled like an idiot when i saw it. You think pre-measured pancake mix is lazy, I say whomever buys pre-toasted toast is worse.

I keep going back to 3:57 where Ben flambeed the alcohol. Barry and Jamie were so amazed and Ben looked so cool. (probably one of the few times he looked cool; because he's so adorable on the other times he didnt look cool) Amazinggggg!
