MPs Attempt to Legally Prevent No Deal – Brexit Explained

Published

How Laws Normally Pass: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5CJNLRqZXs&t=263s

A lot of MPs are seriously concerned about the possibility of the UK leaving the EU without a deal in place. As such they used their time in Parliament yesterday to rush through a bill which attempts to legally prevent a no deal Brexit. The Cooper Amendment (Yvette Cooper) is far from perfect, but this could really change the future of Brexit.

Why are you voting to avoid a “No Deal” Brexit??? When that’s exactly what over half the country voted for..!

There is nothing 'legal' in stopping a leave with no deal. FYI: It is a treaty not a 'deal'.

Given how little time is left, they should either revoke Article 50 (the referendum was non-binding after all) or crash out with No Deal and suffer the consequences. Does anyone seriously want that charlatan Farage in the European Parliament anymore? If UK is committed to leaving they should not take part in the upcoming elections. If they now realize they want to stay, just revoke Article 50.

EU should just take a page from the British mp's playbook: no to everything.

"Can we have a short extension?"
    "No"
    "How about a long one?"
    "No"
    "Alright can we come back?"
    "No"
    "So you're cutting us off?"
    "No"
    "I don't understand…"
    "No"

    Legally !?!?!?!?!?!

"I make up my own mind in light of the facts. With my own experience, and a sense of personal ethics."

"Ethics is knowing the difference between 'what you have a right to do' and 'what is right to do' "

"Any tool can be used for good or bad. It's really the ethics of the artist using it."

"Ethics are not necessarily to do with law-abiding. I am more interested in the moral path – doing the right thing."

"Action is the sole medium for expression of ethics."

"The legacy I would like to leave behind is a very simple one – that I have always stood up for what I believed to be the right thing, and I have tried to be as fair as I could be."

"The House cannot function without an open, accountable and independent ethics process; and the molestation of that process is an abuse which cannot stand."

"I am interested in truth. Today, we see people conditioned to accept lies if they are commercial lies. What we don't see anymore is ethics."

"Ethics is the broader things that's less focused on Prohibitions and more focused on the principles about how to live your life."

"There can be no absolute certainty about ethics. Without absolute certainty, what do we do? We do the best we can."

"I find in all the places I've been to – from India to China, to Japan and Europe and Brazil – there is a frustration with the terms of public discourse, with a kind of absence of discussion of justice and of ethics and values."

"Our identities have no body, so, unlike you, we cannot obtain order by physical coercion. We believe that from ethics our governance will emerge."

"You do not know our culture, our ethics, or the unwritten codes that already provide our society more order than could be obtained by any of your impositions."

"At times, morality can be dismissed as a matter of personal conscience. Ethics, on the other hand, arises from societal or group commitments."

Any act by our Zionist-Controllers to halt Common Law rights and Democracy..will be seen as another act of Treason/Sedition….We voted out and have a right to govern ourselves….WTO rules will apply upon leaving the EU….We will have control of our borders..and hopefully build a wall like Trump to stop all the criminals & non-contributors from coming in and ruining our economy even further. Also the amount we squander..handing it over to "Unelected Bureaucrats" in Brussels could be better spent on the NHS/Policing & Projects to improve the neighbourhoods….
