We need 20 years of high intrest rates we need to be savers again from 2000 the average British adult in an emergency can only get hold of £200 that’s discracefil

I may lose my home soon. So where do I go? The council has a waiting list longer than the NHS and the Migrants get put up in hotels which they complain about. It is about time the UK tax paying population take action against those that have caused this. Still if you have a few quid in your savings account then you will benefit, the additional increase in the payments will pay to heat your swimming pool.

THis is an isolated idea. We need better ways Energy is dominant but could have been less with our own supplies. Lack of vision has and will condemn us to poverty. However. The rich get richer so the system is wrong. We need real. Levelling up..

It actually takes these presenters a year to finally almost explain what’s actually happening.

This is extremely cruel. While we gave 2.3 billion last year, and this year to Ukraine. Along with 7 million a day to illegal migrants, my word, this pathetic government, and the whole of Parliament would do the same. We need a nationwide strike, only then would our pathetic politicians understand how our tax paying people feel.

Look let's stop pretending, all interest rate rises are designed to yest again take money from hard working men and woman and give it to the rich…..yest again being shafted by Andrew Bailey and his banking cronies….he failed at the FCA letting Cameron and Greensill finance get away will millions….no action has been taken….and bailey gets made governor bank of England 😂

If paying (for example) 7% interest on your mortgage is "painful", then you borrowed too much relative to your income. Feel free to sell the overvalued property you now own and buy something more affordable 😁

It's making the banks and building societies rich. Almost like a bank bailout if you were a little sceptical.

mines gone up another £350 a month, I've now put the house up for sale, owning a house is just to costly, council tax, tv license, house insurance, water rates then the energy bills, only earn 1900 after tax a month, literally just feel I work to live.

Mortgage holders have had 13 rises in a row and COL and higher energy prices. Managing must be difficult for them.
